Q. What is the date for this year's H2H?

Q. Whom do I contact about possible errors in the results?
A. Fill out our special form on the Contact Us page.

Q. I lost (found) something at the H2H. Where can I find (return) it?
A. Check the Message Board for postings. Some items will also be listed in our Lost & Found section.

Q. What if I the garment I received does not fit me?
A. Use our on-line Message Board. You will find many people who want to trade sizes. No returns or exchanges from BC Athletics.

Q. What is the 2010 souvenir garment? How does it fit?
A. This year's garment is a black hoody. Unisex style. Size chart is available on the Registration page.

Q. Can we purchase extra race garments?
A. Yes, Extra garment order form is available for a limited time. Includes garments from past years at a discounted price. For orders made after the race, Shipping & Handling is $15 within Canada, $20 to USA, or pick up at the BC Athletics office.

Q. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after registering online?
A. If you gave a hotmail or yahoo address or have spam filters turned on, there is a possibility that the message was blocked. Other reasons may be general internet problems, high volume, worms, viruses, etc. To get a copy of the confirmation message please email sam.collier@bcathletics.org.

Q. What information is needed for the Team Race Plan? When and how do we submit it?
A. The name, sex, age, telephone number and BC Athletics number (if applicable) of each stage runner, plus correct captain's name and email address. The plan must be submitted online by the team captain any time before midnight October 27, 2010. Go to Race Plan page.

Q. What if we did not submit our Team Race Plan on-line?
A. You must submit it at Packet Pick-up. Bring the information required (see question above) and be prepared to fill out a form which will be provided by the timing company specifically for your team.

Q. What time does our team start?
A. Check the Team Start Times list. This year there are four wave starts between 6:00 and 7:00 am.

Q. Our team can't participate after all. Can we get a refund?
Sorry, all race fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes race cancellation due to any act of God or force majeure, including, without limitation, weather, fire, flood, strike, labour dispute, civil commotion, riot or threat, or similar cause beyond the control of BC Athletics.

Q. What is the contact info for the volunteer coordinator?
A. Email: jacquih2h@bcathletics.org. (Team Captains Only Please! All Team Volunteer adjustments will be made through team captains.)

Q. If there is only one ChampionChip per team, what happens if the Leg 8 runner is forced to start at 3:30 pm before the Leg 7 runner arrives with the chip?
A. In this case the Leg 8 runner will be provided with a second team Chip at the exchange zone, by the timing company.

Q. On the web site it says the Post-Race party is for participants & volunteers only—how do family and friends get into the party, can they buy tickets?
A. Family and friends of the participants are welcome too! No tickets are sold for this event, and we encourage your family and friends to donate to the local Food Bank.
