Note: with the exception of the start, the rest of these times are based on previous year wave starts and actual arrival times of runners. With the new wave start times, these will not be as accurate. Please use the Team Time Predictor to find out your team's estimated arrival times.

* Leg 7 runners waiting to depart at Exchange 6 (Sasquatch Inn) will not be permitted to start if their Leg 6 runner has not arrived by 3:30 pm. There will not be a forced start — leg 7 runners will not be permitted to run after 3:30 pm. If your team registered with 10+ hours predicted time you will be starting at 6:00 am, to give you the best chance of making the cut-off time.
** As in previous years, at 3:30 pm all Leg 8 runners still waiting at Exchange 7 will start whether or not their Leg 7 runners have
arrived. This will be a controlled start by the timing company to ensure all teams are timed correctly.
If the Leg 7 runner has not arrived yet, at 3:20 pm the Leg 8 runner will be given a second team ChampionChip for timing.
Timing ChampionChip handout will be held in the tent assigned for Timing Chips Hand-out (see map).
After Leg 8 runner receives assigned second timing ChampionChip, he/she is allowed to proceed to the Timing Tent, swipe the chip on timing mat and
IMMEDIATELY START Leg 8.
NOTE: ALL Teams are required to supply their Leg 1 and Leg 2 runners with reflective Safety Vests for this year's event. It will still be fairly dark for both of these legs. This also applies to Leg 7 and Leg 8 runners if there is a shortage of daylight when your team reaches those stages.
