Traffic Control: Two Vehicle Policy

Only 2 Vehicles allowed per Team
Only 1 Team Vehicle in any exchange area
Special notes for Motorhomes as support vehicles:
- No motorhomes are allowed to park near exchange areas. Use side roads or designated exchange parking lots.
- No parking or stopping is permitted on the side of any race route roads due to limited access for two way vehicle and runner traffic. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the designated lots/side roads for parking at each exchange ahead of time.

Runners #1 – #4 in VEHICLE A
Go to the Start with your 4 runners
Then to Exchange 1, 2 & 3
After Exchange #3, your Runner #4 will be on the course, go to meet Vehicle B at the Junction Shopping Centre (2nd exit off Mission Bridge) at one of these stores: TIM HORTONS, SAVE ON FOODS, STARBUCKS COFFEE, MCDONALDS, QUINZO SUBS or WENDY'S.
Meet VEHICLE B and pick up Runner #5, take Runner #5 to the next exchange where you will pick up Runner #4 and drop off Runner #5.
After Exchange #4, drive to Harrison FINISH LINE to wait for your team.

Runners #5 – #8 in VEHICLE B
Take Hwy #1 out to Abbotsford and then Mission Bridge to Mission
Go to Mission to meet VEHICLE A (8:45–noon based on Team running times) at the Junction Shopping Centre in Mission at one of these stores: TIM HORTONS, SAVE ON FOODS, STARBUCKS COFFEE, MCDONALDS, QUINZO SUBS or WENDY'S
Give Runner #5 to VEHICLE A to go to Exchange #4
Go to Exchange #5 and pick up Runner #5 and drop off Runner #6
Then go to Exchange #6, 7 & Finish
