Announcing the 12th Annual

Haney-Harrison 100km Ultramarathon

Registration for 2008 will open in the spring.

Mark November 8th, 2008 on your ultra-running calendars!! The 12th annual H2H Ultra is scheduled to take place concurrently with the 27th running of the Haney to Harrison 100km Relay.

The course consists of paved highways following British Columbia's scenic Sasquatch Drive. Starting just outside of Vancouver in Maple Ridge, the course winds its way over rolling hills, passing through Mission and into the lush farmlands of the Fraser Valley en route to beautiful Harrison Hot Springs.

NOTE: ALL RACE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. THIS INCLUDES RACE CANCELLATION DUE TO ANY ACT OF GOD OR FORCE MAJEURE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WEATHER, FIRE, FLOOD, STRIKE, LABOUR DISPUTE, CIVIL COMMOTION, RIOT OR THREAT, OR SIMILAR CAUSE BEYOND THE CONTROL OF BC ATHLETICS.

Entry Fees 2007

Ultra entry includes one souvenir garment, to be distributed at the start on race day. All entrants will get the garment but if registered after Oct 20/07, we cannot guarantee delivery by race morning.

Individual $59 + 6% GST, plus non-BCA member surcharge if applicable* $64 + 6% GST, plus non-BCA member surcharge if applicable*
Extra Garments $39 + 13% GST/PST each $39 + 13% GST/PST each + shipping ($15 within Canada, $20 to US)

* Non-BCA Member Surcharge

For entrants without BC Athletics Recreation, Competitive or Masters membership, or equivalent from another province or state, $3 must be added to the entry fee. For info on becoming a BCA member, please see www.bcathletics.org/main/membership.htm.

Souvenir Garment 2007

(click image at right for detail view) This year's H2H running garment is provided by Copasetic. This long sleeved red and grey technical jersey is a unisex shirt. Please note there are no exchanges for shirt sizes after orders have been placed, so please have a look at the sizing chart to see what size will suit you best. These size suggestions are just that—H2H is not responsible for size exchanges.

Additional shirts may be ordered any time using the Extra Garment Order Form.

Previous years' H2H souvenir garments will be for sale for $20 cash at packet pick-up.

Event/Course Notes

A number of important updates were made to the Ultra info in 2006. Please read carefully, and look at the Info Kit.

Start Time

4:00 am - All Ultramarathoners

Start Location

Maple Ridge Legion, Haney, BC (one block from 224th Street and Dewdney Trunk Road at corner of Brown Road and 224th Street)

Race Morning Check In and Briefing - 3:00 to 3:45am

On race morning each runner must: Check in - Pick up timing chip - Pick up shirt.
Race briefing and crew briefing will be immediately before the start.

Crew and Transportation

Each ultra runner is required to bring his own crew with support vehicle for on-the-road aid and sustenance.

Top 3 Men & Women in Open & Masters. Awarded at 4:45pm at the finish line.
