Resolutions at the 2012 BC Athletics Annual General Meeting received after the October 7, 2011 deadline can only be brought forth on the floor as recommendations to the Board of Directors unless ruled by the membership at the AGM to be of an urgent matter.
Please ensure that your resolutions follow a format similar to the example below, and include a brief rationale if necessary. This is to try to eliminate resolutions being ruled out of order.
Example: Be it resolved that steps be taken to ensure that the rules as outlined in the Athletics Canada rule book are followed for all competitions (Mover/Seconder).
