School, Supporting and BC Summer Games membership members DO NOT qualify for BCJD awards.

Requirements:
If an athlete in the 9 to 12 year age category meets the criteria of attending 3 recognized BCJD meets, at least one of which is a JD Championship Meet, participates in at least one throw, one jump, and one run/walk event, and achieves a published standard, he or she is eligible to be nominated for a JD award. A nomination form MUST be completed before any athlete will be considered for an award.

If an athlete in the 13 to 14 year age category competes in 3 recognized BCJD meets, one of which is a JD Championship meet, and meets the published standard, he/she is eligible to be nominated for a JD award. Wind gauge readings are recommended for 14 year old athletes.

Indicate the BEST PERFORMANCES attained in the accepted track and field meets listed below. Also give the second best performances, and indicate which performance meets the standard. Give results for all events, not just performances that meet the standard. Red cells are required fields (top row).

It is important that second best performances be given. In the case of a top performance not proving to be acceptable the second best performance will be considered. Indicate also if an athlete meets a top 10 as well as meets the standard. We would like to recognize Top 10's in the Banquet presentation.
