Sanctioning info and forms:
- Sanction your event with BC Athletics and receive access to certified BCA officials, technical assistance, listing in the Calendar of Events, website results posting, display on the BCA home page under "upcoming events" and more — plus support from the BCA office to help you organize a successful and safe event. - Post-Event Submission Form (now an Excel template you can fill in and print - calculations done for you)
- Track & Field Meets — Entry/Results set up for inclusion in the Provincial and National Rankings:
Hy-Tek users wanting to ensure their results are eligible for inclusion in provincial and national results and rankings must set up their meets in a specific way. Instructions for setting up a meet in Hy-Tek are available here
(860 KB)Once the meet is set up a Hy-Tek download file is available from BC Athletics containing the required information for all BC Athletics competitive members. In order to receive the download please contact sam.collier@bcathletics.org. The download file will be updated every week leading up to your meet.
Athletes from other provinces need to provide an ACDirect number when entering the meet or their performances will not be included in the national rankings.
Results files are to be sent in to sam.collier@bcathletics.org and once verified will be forwarded to the ACDirect Results Management System.

Equipment Rental:
- Equipment Rental Request Form
updated July 27/11 - Visi-vest rentals and Stop/Slow Paddles for course marshals and officials, from BC Athletics. 200 vests and 60 paddles available. Rental fee $0.60/$0.75 each for BCA member/non-member clubs. $12.00 charge per non-returned vest or paddle. Deposit of $100.00 required, returned when equipment is returned to BCA.
