Membership
Membership for your school and all the students,
teachers and sponsors involved in Cross Country Running, Track &
Field and Road Running. Valid for the term(s) of September 15, 2009 to June 30,
2010. Available to all Public and Independent Elementary, Junior and
Senior Secondary Schools in B.C.

2009 / 2010 BC Athletics School District
Club Membership
Membership for your School District and all the students, teachers
and sponsors involved in Cross Country Running, Track & Field
and Road Running. Valid from September 15, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
Available to all Public and Independent Elementary, Junior and
Senior Secondary Schools in Districts outside the Lower Mainland in BC
Summer Games Zones 1 (Kootenays), 2 (Thompson-Okanagan), 6
(Vancouver Island-Central Coast), 7 (North West) and 8 (Cariboo-North
East).

Registration
Process: School Club Membership
Refer to the application
form and other forms as linked and complete all information
requested. PDF
version of registration process (15 KB)
- An athlete list with name, gender, full date of birth and
postal code is required. Forward the list electronically to sam.collier@bcathletics.org.
If a complete list of athletes is not known then an enrollment
list with the requested information can be sent. Submitted
information is held in strictest confidence.
- Complete BC
Athletics Coach membership application forms for each coach
to be registered with BC Athletics. Copy forms as required.
School Coach memberships are complimentary when submitted with a
School Club Membership application.
- Coaches wishing to
take advantage of the Coaches Association of British Columbia
special membership offer should complete the CABC
form and forward it to BC Athletics along with the $10.00
fee.
- Have all forms
signed by the requested authorities.
- Make a copy of all
completed forms for your records.
- Return forms, together with the corresponding fee (payable to
BC Athletics) to BC Athletics (see
address below).
- Elementary Schools - $125.00
Middle Schools - $131.25 (125.00 + 6.25 GST)
Secondary Schools - $131.25 (125.00 + 6.25 GST)
Combined Elementary and/or Middle and or Secondary Schools -
$131.25 (125.00 + 6.25 GST)
- Once the School Membership has been processed your Head Coach
will receive and email with your BCA School Membership number.
Please use this number when entering BCA sanctioned events.
- Once the school membership has been processed - the school
name will be added to the list on the BC Athletics website. This
list is used by sanctioned events to verify membership.
- Coaches wishing to receive the weekly, electronic BC Athletics
Bulletin should complete the online subscription form at www.bcathletics.org/main/bcabulletin.htm.
- Coaches will receive individual membership
cards identifying them as BC Athletics registered coach members
with your school.

Refer to the application
form and other forms as linked and complete all information

- Submit a list of all schools (Public and Independent) in the
District and a Track & Field/Cross Country contact name at
each school. Each School District must be sponsored by a BC
Athletics Club. Refer to the list
of BCA Affiliated Clubs.
- Submit a list of all athletes giving full name, gender, full
birth date and postal code. If individual athletes are not known
at the time the form is submitted than an enrollment list with
the requested information may be sent in. Please forward the
lists electronically to sam.collier@bcathletics.org.
All information is held in strictest confidence.
- Complete forms
for each coach to be registered with BC Athletics. Copy forms as
required. School Coach Memberships are complimentary when
submitted with the School District Club Membership application.
- Coaches wishing to

- Coaches will receive individual membership
