BC Athletics School Club Memberships: 2012 / 2013 School year
Membership for your school and all the students, teachers and sponsors involved in Cross Country Running, Track & Field and Road Running. Valid for the term(s) of September 15, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Available to all Public and Independent Elementary, Junior and Senior Secondary Schools in B.C. School District Memberships for School Districts outside the Lower Mainland area are also available. Please contact the BC Athletics office for further information.
BC Athletics School District Club Membership: 2012 / 2013 School Year
Membership for your School District and all the students, teachers and sponsors involved in Cross Country Running, Track & Field and Road Running. Valid from September 15, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Available to all Public and Independent Elementary, Junior and Senior Secondary Schools in Districts outside the Lower Mainland and in BC Summer Games Zones 1 (Kootenays), 2 (Thompson-Okanagan), 6 (Vancouver Island-Central Coast), 7 (North West) and 8 (Cariboo-North East).

Registration Process: School Club Membership
- Complete the School Club Membership Application Form.
- An athlete list with name, gender, full date of birth and postal code is required. Forward the list electronically to sam.collier@bcathletics.org. If a complete list of athletes is not known then an enrollment list with the requested information can be sent. Submitted information is held in strictest confidence.
- Complete BC Athletics Coach membership application forms for each coach to be registered with BC Athletics. Copy forms as required. School Coach memberships are complimentary when submitted with a School Club Membership application.
- Coaches wishing to take advantage of the Coaches Association of British Columbia membership offer should include a cheque for $10.00 payable to Coaching Assoc. of B.C.
- Have all forms signed by the requested authorities.
- Make a copy of all completed forms for your records.
- Return forms, together with the corresponding fee (payable to BC Athletics) to BC Athletics (see address below).

Junior/Middle & Secondary Schools - $131.25*

- Once the School Membership has been processed, your Head Coach will receive an email with your BCA School Membership number. Please use this number when entering BCA sanctioned events.
- Once the school membership has been processed, the school name will be added to the list on the BC Athletics website. This list is used by sanctioned events to verify membership.
- For up to the moment information and updates subscribe to the BC Athletics Blog at www.bcathletics.org.
- Coaches will receive individual membership cards identifying them as BC Athletics registered coach members with your school.
Registration Process: School District Club Membership
- Complete the School District Club Membership Application Form.
- Submit a list of all schools (Public and Independent) in the District and a Track & Field/Cross Country contact name at each school. Each School District must be sponsored by a BC Athletics Club. Refer to the list of BCA Affiliated Clubs to find a club in your area.
- Complete BC Athletics Coach membership application forms for each coach to be registered with BC Athletics. Copy forms as required. School Coach memberships are complimentary when submitted with a School Club Membership application.
- Coaches wishing to take advantage of the Coaches Association of British Columbia membership offer should include a cheque for $10.00 payable to Coaching Assoc. of B.C.

- Once the District membership has been processed each school will be added to the list on the BC Athletics website. This list is used by sanctioned events to verify membership.
