Individuals are encouraged to apply for positions with BC Athletics Teams in the role of Head Coach, Event Coach or Manager. Individuals must meet Coaching Certification and other requirements (detailed below) in order to be considered for positions. Selected Coaches and Managers will be required to commit to assisting in Team and Individual Athlete Preparation should that be requested. For any questions please contact BC Athletics.
*** Criminal Records Check/Review: All BC Athletics Team Staff must have a current CRC/CPR on file with BC Athletics prior to the final confirmation of Team Staff positions. BC Athletics Policy on Criminal Records Check/Review — valid for 4 years
Women and Men are encouraged to apply for Team Staff Positions. BC Athletics endeavours to provide equal opportunities and, through staff assignments, the opportunity for a series of progressive experiences appropriate to your training and expertise. In some instances this may include the process of coach and manager mentoring for first time BC Team Coaches and Managers.
Team Managers are selected by the BCA Committees from the applications submitted. The Head Manager is appointed by BC Athletics. Coaches and managers are chosen based on a wide range of information. The information in this form is a starting point for consideration.

To be considered for any staff positions with BC Athletics Teams you are required to be a current Coach member of BC Athletics, be in good standing, meet the required Coaching Certification requirements and ADHERE TO THE COACHES CODE OF CONDUCT.
Please Note: Team Staff are expected to be present at the BC Team Selection Competition(s).
