2014 Timex RR Series gets underway with BC 8K Championship

The 2014 Timex BC Road Race Series gets underway on Sunday, January 12 with the Harriers Pioneer 8K at the Sannich Fairgrounds. The race also serves as the 2014 BC 8K Championship, and is the first race in the 2014 Frontrunners Island Race Series.

The 2014 Timex BC Road Race Series comprises 15 races throughout the year from January to July, in the Lower Mainland, on Vancouver Island, and in the Interior. Participants must complete a minimum of 5 races to qualify for series awards and the opportunity to represent BC at the National Finale in September.
