Having overcome the loss of Jane Swan, a founding member and integral force within the club, the Valley Royals Track & Field Club managed to host 4 major events during the 2004 season:

• BC Juvenile and Senior Track & Field Championships
• Lafarge Abbotsford International Track & Field Meet
• BC High School Decathlon
• BC Summer Games - Track & Field competition
