Website On-Line Registration Form Problems
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The various
online registration and payment forms (with the exception of the
Individual Membership form which is working properly) on the BC Athletics
website have been temporarily suspended. They will be activated shortly
once new programming requirements are dealt with.
Of particular concern are any forms submitted for the following:
- Sanction Forms
- Publication Form
- Hurdles Clinic Registration
- Kajaks International Track Meet entries
We have experienced problems from May 16th through to June 1st. Some
registrations did get through but most didn't. If you are unsure please
contact Sam Collier at sam.collier@bcathletics.org
with details on your submission(s) and she can verify for you. You can
also print out the form and re-submit it to the BC Athletics office by fax
at (604) 737-3171. We will make sure you are not charged twice.
If you submitted an online entry for the Kajaks International Track
Meet during this time period please resubmit your entries using the pdf
copy which can be found at: www.kajaks.org/events/kajaksinternational.htm#entry
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and look
forward to getting things back to normal as quickly as possible.
