"Real-Time" Coach Education Webcast
Core Strength and Conditioning
We have progressed from our earlier on-line PowerPoint presentations to
a "live feed" that has superb audio and video capabilities. For
those of you out in the far reaches of the province, this will be a great
way to see and hear one of BC's best strength and conditioning experts
from the comfort of your own home.
In partnership with Douglas College, and the Performance Institute, the
CABC will present strength and conditioning expert Steve Ramsbottom on
Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at 7:00pm for a real time webcast presentation.
You will be able to watch and listen as Steve describes and demonstrates
some of the exercises that will improve your athletes' core strength,
flexibility, posture and balance, and ultimately improve their athletic
performance.
This presentation will be limited to the first 100 coaches who register
for this event. This is a CABC sponsored event, so there is no
registration fee! You can register through the CABC website at: www.coaches.bc.ca/
The day prior to the event, we will forward to you the password needed
to access the site, as well as all the information needed to get you into
the video presentation. A high speed internet connection is recommended
for the best viewing.
Join us for this exciting transition to video streaming, as we bring
the best of BC right to your home!
