Road Running Series in BC
Timex BC Road Running Series
Fifteen races from January to July, 5k to half marathon –
part of the national Timex Series. Minimum 5 races to qualify. Cash and prizes, team selection for National 10K
Championships. See

Lower Mainland Road Race Series
New for 2009. Ten races from March to August, 5k to Half Marathon, in
the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas. Minimum 6 races to qualify for

Interior Road Running Series
Thirteen races from February to September, 5k to 18.5k. Minimum 5 races
to qualify. For more information see the Interior Running

Prince George Grand Prix Series
Ten races from March to August, 1 mile to marathon.
Minimum 6 races to qualify, must be members of both BCA
and Prince George Roadrunners to score. For more

Frontrunners Island Race Series
Eight races from January to April, 5k to half-marathon. Minimum 5 races to
