BC Athletics is committed to empowering coaches through top-notch education and continuous professional growth. From grassroots initiatives like RunJumpThrowWheel to elite-level high-performance teams, there's a diverse range of training programs awaiting you.

Each year, we handpick 15-20 coaches to join our prestigious BC Team program, chosen from our extensive pool of over 400 dedicated coach members. But we need YOU to step up and be part of this elite group!

Coaching education is the cornerstone of athlete development, and BC Athletics offers comprehensive courses aligned with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Dive into the Competition Introduction and Competition Development streams, where you'll gain invaluable insights and skills to unlock your coaching potential.
