BC Athletes at the 2017 Summer Universiade (FISU) Games - Recap

Congratulations to our BC athletes at the 2017 Summer Universiade (FISU) Games in Taipei, Taiwan! James Linde, of Coquitlam Cheetahs and Trinity Western University won Canada's first athletics medal of the meet in the 200m with a time of 20.96 for second place! BC had one individual Top 8 finish, nine Top 16 finishes, and one Top 32 finishes. Nathan George and Ben Ayesu-Attah were apart of the Men's 4x400m; they helped Canada to a 6th place finish in a time of 3:11.09! We hope you enjoyed the Games and that it will motivate you for future! Enjoy your well deserved offseason.
