Promote your event:
Sanction your event with BC Athletics and receive insurance coverage (optional), race director's guide, brochure distribution, website results posting, highlighted listing with live links to your website/email in the online calendar of events, display on the home page under "upcoming events", and priority positioning / promotion of your brochure at BCA booths; plus support from the BCA office to help you organize a successful and safe event.
Non-Sanctioned events will only appear in the calendar with Date, Event Name, Location, Distance and Contact.
Sanctioned events will include the above along with email, website and more details as provided when you click on the event.

2020 Event Calendar Congress
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the unpredictability of the 2021 Outdoor Track & Field Season we are postponing a Provicial 2021 Event Calendar Congress in favour of a more regional approach, working with the region clubs and meet directors to collorbate to arrive at an event calendar that works within the given guidelines for that region.
The BC Athletics Track & Field Events Congress is a meeting held annually to discuss scheduling on the BC Athletics Track & Field Calendar of Events for the upcoming season, and next 2 seasons. Clubs and Organizing Committees wishing to have their event(s) added to the BC Athletics Track & Field Calendar of events are asked to please submit all event dates and information prior to the start of the Congress. A representative is also asked to please be present at the congress.
