Sanction your event with BC Athletics and receive insurance coverage (optional), race director's guide, brochure distribution, website results posting, highlighted listing with live links to your website/email in the online calendar of events, display on the home page under "upcoming events", and priority positioning / promotion of your brochure at BCA booths; plus support from the BCA office to help you organize a successful and safe event.
Non-Sanctioned events will only appear in the calendar with Date, Event Name, Location, Distance and Contact.
Sanctioned events will include the above along with email, website and more details as provided when you click on the event.

2024 Event Calendar Congress
BC Athletics will be hosting the 2024 Track & Field Events Congress on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 11:00am - 2:00pm at the Christine Sinclair Community Centre (3713 Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC). This year will be a slighly different format (see: Agenda) and will include some new information and initiatives important to all zone events in BC. Attendees can attend in person or via zoom. Participants will register by submitting their 2024 events through the registration link below. We look forward to seeing you there!
