IMPORTANT UPDATE
1.) Pentathlon: The selection committee for Zone 3 trials request the athlete to
- Submit a pentathlon result the athlete has competed in within the last year,
- The athletes PB in the 5 events from results in a BC Athletics Sanctioned event, preferably the Fraser Valley High Schools Championship. (or events competed in from September 1, 2014 - May 31, 2014).
2.) Race Walk: The selection committee requests that the athletes submit their PB from a BC Sanctioned event done between September 1, 2014 and May 31st, 2014.
3.) Pole Vault: same as race walk
4.) All submissions need to be made to the Zone 3 representative no later than May 31, 2014. Nothing will be accepted after this date NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. The athlete also needs to include the following information:
- Full Name
- BC Athletics Number
- Address of residence
- Birthdate
- Event the PB Came From
- Result
- Phone number
