Join us for a 1 day Club Coach for Sprints & Hurdles technical training.

The Course involves Event specific technical training in Sprints, Starts, Hurdles and Relays with an  Introduction to Strength Training for track and field athletes.

Location - Rotary Bowl Stadium, Nanaimo Track and Field Facility

Additional Club Coach Theory modules will be presented online on Tuesday May 12, 6 pm - 9 pm
Covering - Seasonal Planning and Manage a Sport Program , and reviewing the Evaluation process to Club Coach Certification.
