NCCP SPORT COACH
An introduction to foundational Track and Field events. 
This course teaches the basic technical elements for track and field events, as well as how to plan a practice with safety considerations.

It is ideal for coaching introductory-intermediate level athletes in a multi-event setting, often in a club at the Junior Development level, or school ,at a junior high school level. 
The in-person course will cover Sprints/Starts /Hurdles, Relays , Endurance, Jumping Events, Throwing Events, and provide an Introduction to including Supplemental Strength exercises , appropriate for younger developing athletes.
