This course is an introduction to all foundational Track and Field events. This course teaches the basic technical elements as well as how to plan a practice with safety considerations.
It is ideal for the generalist coach that may be coaching introductory-intermediate level athletes in multiple events, often in a club at the Junior Development level, or school level. The in-person course will cover Sprints/Starts /Hurdles, Endurance, Jumps, Throws, and provide an Intro to Supplemental Strength appropriate for younger developing athletes.
