School Club and School District Memberships

Membership for all students, teachers and sponsors involved in Track & Field, Cross Country and Road Running in your school.  Membership is valid from September 1st through to June 30th.

Registration Process:

  • Download Complete a School Club Membership application form
  • Submit either a school enrollment list or a list of specific athletes indicating gender and a full date of birth.  This information is required for our government reporting and will be held in strictest confidence.  The list can be submitted electronically to sam.collier@bcathletics.org.
  • Complete BC Athletics School Coach membership applications for coaches
  • Ensure that all forms are signed by the appropriate authorities
  • Make copies for your records as required.
  • Submit all forms and the appropriate fee (payable to BC Athletics)

  • Once the application has been processed the Head Coach will be advised.  The school name will be added to the School Club members list posted weekly on the BC Athletics website.  This list is used by sanctioned events to verify membership.

 


BC Athletics School District Club Memberships

School District Membership - Public Schools 

School District Membership - Independent Schools 

BC Athletics School Coach Membership

Membership for all of the schools in your School District including all students, teachers and sponsors involved in Track & Field, Cross Country and Road Running.  Membership is valid from September 1st through to June 30th.  

Public school district designations are used to identify which School District a school falls in.  Public schools sign up separately from Independent schools.  Please use the correct form when applying for a School District Membership.

Registration Process:

  • Download and complete the appropriate School District Club membership application form
  • Ensure that a main contact person is indicated and provide contact information.
  • Prepare a list of all schools in the District.  Include a contact name at each school or a person who will act as the contact for the schools in the district.  This person will forward any and all information to the schools
  • Have School District Coach Membership applications completed for all school coaches in the district who wish to take advantage of the complimentary Coach membership.
  • Ensure that all forms are signed by the required authorities
  • Make copies for your records where necessary
  • Submit all forms together with the fee of $210.00 (payable to BC Athletics) to Sam Collier at the BC Athletics office.

School Day of Event Membership (DOE)—Elementary and High School students only (valid from Sept 1 – June 30 only) — $3/event

For elementary and high school athletes who are not annual members of BC Athletics or members of a BC Athletics School Club or School District Club wishing to participate in eligible sanctioned events.  Note:  School Day of Event memberships will be paid when registering for a BC Athletics sanctioned event.

  • Valid for Road Races, Cross Country Meets, Club hosted School Meets during the school year (Sept 15th – June 30th) and All Comers Track & Field Meets
  • Paid in addition to the registration fee for entering the event at time of entering each race or meet
  • Liability Insurance
