BC Athletes Excel in Kingston
BC athletes were setting off the metal detectors at the airport as they returned from the Canadian Cross Counry Championships in Kingston.
Congratulations to Youth Boys Champion, Tyler Dozzi (Prairie Inn Harriers); Junior Womens Champion, Hannah Bennison (Okanagan Athletics); and Masters Mens Champion, Jerry Ziak. Close seconds in the Senior Women, Rachel Cliff (Vancouver Thunderbirds); Senior Men, Lucas Bruchet (Vancouver Thunderbirds); Masters Women, Nicki Haugan; and Masters Men, Graham Cocksedge. And third place Youth Girls, Taryn O'Neill (Okanagan Athletics).
Youth Boys, Youth Girls, Junior Women, Senior Men, Senior Women and Masters all placed secondin the inter-provincial team competitions, whle the Junior Men placed third.
