BC Athletics Request for Proposals: Apparel & Promotional Product Partner

BC Athletics is accepting proposals from qualified and reputable apparel and promotional product providers to serve as our exclusive official apparel partner. The scope covers competition, training and podium apparel for the BC Team and BC Summer Games programs, officials and staff apparel, championship and retail product, and promotional items across our events and programs.
BC Athletics is the provincial sport organization for athletics in British Columbia, representing 44 affiliated clubs, more than 7,000 members, and over 130,000 participants across 200+ sanctioned events annually.
Interested organizations must submit a Letter of Intent by September 25, 2026. Questions are also due September 25, with responses circulated to all Letter of Intent submitters on October 2, 2026. Full proposals are due October 23, 2026 as a single PDF or slide deck.
